You can return your items bought online within 14 days of delivery date.

All returns must be shipped to: 
NOMMÈ, Kossuth utca 71. 4552 Napkor, Hungary
If you return your order to any other address, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund. 

The customer is responsible for return costs!

Please make sure to return the items in their original packaging, in unused condition and with tags attached.
You have 5 days to process the shipment.

If you received a defective or damaged product, the cost of return will be reimbursed together with the product’s price.
However, for other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return costs.

Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.


Once we’ve received your order, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will be notified by email. 

We always act by the legislation in force in the European Union to process and fulfill online orders.


Please note that if you provide your bank account number or postal address incorrectly or inaccurately, we cannot take responsibility for any delays or failures in the refund process. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has arrived at our facility.

 

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned item(s). 
Following a return, we are happy to replace the item within 14 days with a different size based on stock availability.
If the value of your new order exceeds 250 EUR we will ship your replacement item for free. Only the cost of return and other costs such as duties/customs will be charged to you.

Meggondoltad magad?

A kézbesítés dátumától számított 14 napon belül visszaküldheted az online vásárolt termékeket.
Minden visszaküldést a következő címre kell küldeni: NOMMÈ, Kossuth utca 71. 4552 Napkor, Magyarország.

Ha a rendelést más címre küldöd vissza, nem tudjuk garantálni a cserét vagy a visszatérítést.

A visszaküldés költsége a vásárlót terheli!

Kérjük, győződj meg róla, hogy a termékeket eredeti csomagolásukban, használatlan állapotban és címkékkel ellátva küldöd vissza. A szállítást 5 napon belül kell elindítanod.

Ha hibás vagy sérült terméket kaptál, a visszaküldés költségét a termék árával együtt visszatérítjük.
Más visszaküldési okok esetén azonban a visszaküldés költsége a vásárlót terheli.
Kérjük, vedd figyelembe, hogy az eredeti szállítási díjak nem kerülnek visszatérítésre.

Miután megkaptuk a rendelésed, a visszatérítést 14 munkanapon belül feldolgozzuk. E-mailben értesítünk.

Mindig az Európai Unió hatályos jogszabályainak megfelelően járunk el az online rendelések feldolgozása és teljesítése során.

Kérjük, vedd figyelembe, hogy ha hibásan vagy pontatlanul adod meg bankszámlaszámodat vagy postacímedet, nem tudunk felelősséget vállalni a visszatérítés esetleges késedelméért vagy elmaradásáért. A visszatérítést jogunkban áll visszatartani, amíg a visszaküldött termék meg nem érkezett hozzánk.

 

CSERE

A cseréket a visszaküldött termék(ek) átvételekor dolgozzuk fel.

A visszaküldést követően örömmel kicseréljük a terméket 14 napon belül egy másik méretre, a készlet erejéig.
Ha az új rendelésed értéke meghaladja a 250 EUR-t, a csere terméket ingyen szállítjuk ki.
Csak a visszaküldés költségeit és egyéb költségeket, mint a vámokat, terheljük rád.
